ZerisCAD® Restorations feature Noritake Cerrabien CZR Dental Porcelain, specifically developed for crowns with zirconia frameworks, and ZirBlock® the highest standard in Yttrium-Stabilized Zirconium. These two exceptional materials combine to deliver remarkable consistency, enhanced aesthetics and unmatched durability for an overall superior restoration.
ZirBlock® is our own yttrium-stabilized zirconium block, pressed under the highest pressure possible from all 4 sides with the finest equipment to ensure superior strength (>1200 MPa) and consistent quality. The blend of our own zirconium formula, made with the purest Japanese ingredients, gives our restoration the best possible foundation for zirconium based crowns. Then it is layered with Noritake’s Cerrabien ZCR® porcelain, creating the best and most beautiful zirconium based all ceramic crowns -- ZerisCAD®.
Our own CADVeneers® are made from highly esthetic, Lucite-reinforced porcelain blocks that have become widely accepted as the superior material for all single unit ceramic restorations, including crowns, inlays and onlays. Materials are not altered through conventional melting and pressing procedures. These solid blocks allow our technicians to achieve exceptional strength and accuracy when fabricating every case.
