Q. How long does the order process take?
Answer: Ordering takes only a couple minutes. All entry is done on one page with easy clickable graphics. You will have a chance to review your order and make any changes before finalizing. A lab slip will be made available for printing at the end of your order process.  You can choose to pay now when you submit your online lab slip and save 5% on your order.

Q. As a new customer how do I begin to place an order?
Answer: First you must register with CDL Veneers. Registration is quick, easy and free. Once you are registered you will be able to select on any Order Now link and it will direct you to our easy order page.

Q. What is the turn around time for an order?
Answer: Most cases are completed and returned to your office within two weeks.  For cases that require a more immediate turnaround, simply contact our in-lab staff at (888) 776-2232.

Q. Why is there no information displayed about shipping charges?
Answer: As a courtesy, all shipping charges are paid for by CDL Technologies, Inc.

Q. How can I view my order to check the status?
Answer: You must login to your account and select the View Orders link. This page will display all your orders.

Q. How do I view pricing information?
Answer: You must register online at www.cdlveneers.com before pricing and ordering is made available. Registration is quick, easy and free.

Q. Who do I contact if an order has not arrived?
